Wynstone Homeowners Association uses this site to send email and text messages to Wynstone residents about community events, gate and road notices, and emergencies. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, Wynstone address, email address, mobile phone number, the message topics you choose, and a record of when and how you gave consent.

How we use it

Only to send you Wynstone community messages you agreed to receive. We do not send advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

You receive texts only after you opt in by signing our paper SMS consent form, or on the resident sign-up form the HOA shares directly with residents. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use Brevo, our messaging provider, only to deliver our messages on our behalf.

Your choices

You can change your topics, update your details, or stop all messages at any time on the Manage my preferences page, by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
