Program

Wynstone Community Alerts is a text message program run by Wynstone Homeowners Association, the homeowners association for the Wynstone community in Jefferson, South Dakota.

What you will receive

Community notices for Wynstone residents: emergencies, gate and road notices, utility outages, severe weather, and HOA meeting and event reminders. We do not send advertising.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Wynstone Homeowners Association at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of living at Wynstone. You opt in by signing our paper SMS consent form, or on the resident sign-up form the HOA shares directly with residents.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month and more during an emergency. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help. For additional assistance, email wynstoneboard@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
